Beyonce has made public announcement that her new album “ The Gift” will be releasing on 19th July. Fans are getting crazy about her new release and they have every right to feel like that. Beyonce release her “Everything in Love” album almost a year ago .
In that album, we say glimpse of love and romance of Beyonce with her Husband Jay-Z. Now we will have to see what new album is bringing for us. The name of the album is super cool but we are curious to know what exact gift it will unlock for the fans.
The Lion King: The Gift is an album which singer curated for Disney live-action remake of Lion King. She said that upcoming album is “ A love letter to Africa”.
Beyonce said that she wanted to show what beautiful music in Africa through this album. She didn’t only choose music of that land but she also selected the best talent from Africa.
The track list for The Gift has released and it includes 14 songs. Some famous American artist such as Childish Gambino, Pharrel Williams and Kendrick Lamar are becoming a part of “The Gift”.
This time, she featured not only American but also African artists in her album. She selected artist from both West Africa and South Africa. These African artists are Teckno, Yemi Alade, Mr Eazi, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Shatta Wale, Tiwa Savage, Moonchild Sanelly, Busiswa, and Salaitel.
Beyonce is showcasing African music artists and Africa special song all over the world through “The Gift”.
