Accidents time is the SpaceX launch
SpaceX had an excellent track record in the last two decades. However, it doesn’t mean that they didn’t have any accidents. In 2013, a Dragon spacecraft in orbit developed issues with its thrusters. In September 2016,
a Falcon 9 exploded during a propellant fill operation for a standard pre-launch static fire test. As a result, The payload, the Amos-6 satellite valued at US$200 million, got destroyed.
