The drama of Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun is getting quite serious as more and more celebrities are taking an interest in it. Recently, Cara Delevingne publically defended Taylor Swift after Justin Bieber posted on Instagram. On Sunday 30 June, Taylor Swift published a Tumblr post where she shared her reaction when she got the news that Scooter Braun –Music Manager has acquired her former record label till 2017 as a result of Big Machine Label acquisition. Now he will own all of Taylor’s past material released under this label.
Taylor has a serious concern, and she showed it all in her Tumblr comments. Her experience with Scooter is very bad, in her own comments, “incessant manipulative bullying.” She gave a reference of two bullying events in which Scooter is involved.
The first event is “ when Kim Kardashian orchestrated an illegally recorded snippet of a phone call to be leaked, and then Scooter got his two clients together to bully me online about it.” The second event is when Kanye West released a famous video of a naked version of Taylor.
Scooter Braun is the music manager of Justin Bieber who is defending him on Instagram,”Scooter has had your back since the days you graciously let me open up for you… As the years have passed, we haven’t crossed paths and gotten to communicate our differences, hurts, or frustrations. So for you to take it to social media and get people to hate on Scooter isn’t fair.”
Cara commented on his post. She called him out along with his wife, who supported Justin by calling him, Gentlemen. Cara posted, “Gentleman? @haileybieber @justinbieber you must be bored.I wish you spent less time sticking up for men and more time trying to understand women and respecting their valid reactions.”
She asked Justin why he decided to attack a woman on social media by writing,
“As a married man, you should be lifting women up instead of tearing them down because you are threatened. I am not sure you actually understand what an apology is. This issue that @taylorswift is talking out is about far more than a picture, and you know that. As you said, you haven’t spoken to her in years, which means you definitely don’t understand the situation. I do. Take a step back and try and learn from this. We should all be on the same team. End of story.”
