Researchers have proved the beneficial effect of Vitamin D and estrogen to improve bone health in women.

According to a  Chinese study, it can prevent many diseases such as cardiovascular problems, stroke, and diabetes in postmenopausal women.

In the journal of the North America menopause society, a study published along with results. From all over the world, data was collected over 30 % to 60 % postmenopausal women who were suffering from a metabolic disorder.

Estrogen loss increases the chances of obesity and heart attack. The study shows Vitamin D and estradiol can prevent heart diseases in postmenopausal women.

Moreover, the deficiency of vitamin D causes many metabolic syndromes such as hyperglycemia, obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance, etc. Vitamin D supplement recommends in these disorders because it reduces the risk in these women.

Chinese researchers conducted a study on 616 postmenopausal women of the age 49-86.  The study reveals, there is a correlation between intake of vitamin D and Estradiol. Both supplements fall down the level of metabolic disorders in these women.

Higher Vitamin D level means healthy lipids level, average glucose level, and decreased blood pressure. Moreover adding Estradiol with vitamin D reduces the cholesterol level and triglyceride levels in the blood.

Hence proved vitamin D and Estradiol play an essential role in the prevention of development of metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women.
