For the last eight years, Pete Davidson is smoking marijuana everyday, “Saturday Night Live” star revealed on Monday. He had a gap of three months from smoking it when he was entered rehab in 2016.
Davidson used medical marijuana as a pain reliever after he was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when he was only 17. He recently appeared on “The Howard Stern Show” where he talked about his health discussion.
“I was sober for three months at one point and was like this f— sucks,” Davidson told host Howard Stern in a lengthy interview. “I don’t want to feel like this.”
24-year-old stand-up comedian had already revealed during an interview on comedian Marc Maron‘s podcast that a borderline personality disorder caused of his daily marijuana habit.
“I have Crohn’s disease, so it [marijuana] helps more than you can imagine,” Davidson recently told during September 24th interview. “There was a point where I couldn’t get out of bed. (Mathemania) I was 110 pounds. I also just love smoking weed.”
His engagement news with 25-year-old Bang Bang singer Ariana Grande went viral when he confirmed it on June 20.
He also revealed that he is also receiving death threats on his relationship with Grande. “I got a death threat. Someone wanted to shoot me in the face because she’s so hot,” he said.
He also opened up about his personal and secret life. Pete Davidson went on to say that he’s “grateful that [Ariana] touches [him]”, so he constantly thanks her after they have sex.”
“Any time we’re intimate, I’m always apologizing and saying thank you. I swear to God. I’m like, you’re awesome for doing this, thank you so much,” he said.
