All those who feel like an outsider, it has become an anthem. “Scars to Your Beautiful” of Alessia Cara is a demonstration of self-love, care, and acceptance. The singer said that being a young artist she transformed herself as much as her fan.
She craves attention, she praises an image

Cara said “I’ve had people come out to me for the first time, like, saying, you know, ‘I am gay and I’ve never said that out loud,”.
“And for them to feel safe enough to tell me that, through a song of mine, is, like, unbelievable.”
The potent message she has empowered through the platform of singing is indeed an act of appreciation.
This is the reason her music, particularly with millennial, is that much striking.
Moreover, she is recognized as the only Grammy-winning artist who lives with her family in the same home in Ontario.

Cowan said, “God I wish I sounded that good in the bathroom”.
Cara told, “I think everybody can. That’s the trick of the bathroom!”.

“I feel less distracted, and I feel it’s a little safe environment to do whatever I want, and no one’s around, and it just feels cozy.”

“The idea of singing for them, seriously, was such a scary thing, ’cause you know, it’s your parents! You don’t want ’em to think you’re weird!”.
