A political twitter was started between Susan Sarandon and Debra Messing two years ago. It all started when a proud Bernie Sanders supporter Sarandon expressed to vote for Donald Trump than Hillary Clinton.
Round 1
In the round one of feud, 71-year old “Feud” actress described Trump victory as “the revolution,” in March 2016 during her appearance on MSNBC’s All in With Chris Hayes.
The interview went viral and create a controversy. Social media started to react on Twitter which brought Academy Award winner actress inside the hashtag to defend herself.
Sanders’ implicit made Debra Messing extremely angry and impatient.
“Will & Grace” actress, who had supported Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, wrote in series of tweets, “Susan Sarandon muses tht Trump prezcy wud b better 4 the country thn Hillary. Wonder if she’d say that if she were poor, gay,Muslim or immgrnt.”

2- the idea that Susan Sarandon wud say that NOT supporting Hillary in a HRC/Trump race is a legitimate choice for Democrats, is insane.

Then why didn't you say that? Please make that clear in the future. For women's sake if for no one else. https://t.co/gzB55L43qj

Agreed Trump doesn’t, but she is not protective till it's easy. Bernie makes morally correct choices when unpopular. https://t.co/28QVTpA4rI

Round 2
On Tuesday, Sarandors pushed herself into the second round of her Twitter war with Messing when she said during an interview with Variety that Trump presidency gave an inspiration to women to run for office.
Messings responded back with another tweet which has gone viral. She wrote, “Oh, and lest you forget Syria, Crimea, and putting PRO-RUSSIA agenda BEFORE the United States’ best interests.”
“YES, do go on And LAUD the effect Trump has had. Out of DESPERATION & PANIC for the DESTRUCTION of the Soul of our country,” she added.
STFU SUSAN. Oh yes, PLEASE let’s give Trump CREDIT. I mean how else are you able to walk out on the street. Convince yourself that that this CATASTROPHE of a President who you said was better that HRC IS NOT ripping children away from parents seeking asylum, holding children https://t.co/UuXLLdahaB

Sarandon suggested Messing to listen her again in the video of interview. She wrote, “Debs, before you get yourself all self-righteous try clicking on the video and listening to what I actually say, not @Variety’s clickbait headline”.
Debs, before you get yourself all self-righteous try clicking on the video and listening to what I actually say, not @Variety's clickbait headline, which btw has no quotation marks. That’s a clue… https://t.co/pAIxBDNW5G

I understand why @Variety's clickbait headline would be upsetting, but after you actually watch the video, you’ll see that’s not what I said. Now that you’re riled up, use that energy to call Collins, Murkowski & those Dem Senators still on the fence & tell them to #StopKavanaugh https://t.co/0G2MCpVpgi

Sarandon voted Hillary Clinton’s run for the Senate in 2001. They were seen together several times. Their ‘grinning and chumming’ activities ended when Clinton voted for the war in Iraq.
She, then, told Guardian that she had to change her phone number because Hillary Clinton supporters sent her threatening messages.
What do you think who is the winner after round one and round two of Susan Sarandon and Debra Messing’s political Twitter war?
