The fans of Big Blue superhero were waiting for Amazon to renew The Tick. Unfortunately, Amazon has decided to cancel this tv series. You can only watch two seasons on the Amazon Prime. There won’t be any third season of The Tick on Amazon.
We all who follow The Tick know very well that our superhero has a big fight ahead and his story is not concluded yet. Ben Edlund-show creator said that they are trying to keep this series alive and shop season three elsewhere.
He tweeted:
“I’m sorry to say Amazon has chosen not to proceed with @TheTickTV I’m not sorry to say I love this show, its cast, its story, and its message. Destiny demands that my compatriots and I now seek a new home for this series.”
The Tick pilot released in August 2016 while its 11 episodes broadcasted in two batches: one batch arrived in August 2017 while another came after in February 201. Season two comprised on ten episodes and all of these released in April 2019.
This superhero comedy tv series is based on Ben Edlund’s long-running comic “The Tick.” The story takes you into a world where superheroes are real for many years. They are active and moving here and there. It is common to see them around.
The main characters are Arthur Everest played by Griffin Newman and a strange blue superhero named as “The Tick” – Peter Serafinowicz plays this role. Other cast members are Valorie Curry, Yara Martinez, Scott Speiser, Jackie Earle Haley, and Brendan Hines.
Both Arthur and The tick Started their life adventure together where they come across supervillains, crazy superheroes, and some vigilantes.
As Amazon canceled The Tick Season 3, we hope that some other Networks renew it so we can enjoy amazing adventures of The Tick and his fellow.
